During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 1 - 4 Business days (usually within 2 business days) of placing your order via UPS Ground. We do not offer 2nd Day or Next Day shipping at this time. Orders are shipped in order they are received. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.
Allow 1-4 business days for item to ship (except for pool table lights, all Tiffany-Style stained glass lights, and pub tables since these are made to order. Allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery on these products).

J & B Distributing provides its customers with a 14 day return policy on all products. The Return policy entitles our customers to an EVEN EXCHANGE OR MONEY BACK. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. S&H costs incurred while returning the item to us will be the customer's responsibility. S&H for sending the replacement item to you will be covered at no extra charge by J & B Distributing.
Possibility of backorders: We sell our products through websites, auction sites and locally and there may be times where an item may become out of stock. If this situation arises we will have the item ship direct from our supplier on the condition that our supplier has the item in stock. In the possibility of an out-of-stock situation that we cannot get the item to you in a timely manner we will contact you ASAP and we will give you a full refund in such cases.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MOST STAINED GLASS POOL TABLE LIGHTS, some Tiffany-Style stained glass lights, signs, and pub tables ARE MADE TO ORDER. SO, PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. ALSO, SINCE SOME POOL TABLE LIGHTS , STAINED GLASS LAMPS, SIGNS, AND PUB TABLES ARE MADE TO ORDER, ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. HOWEVER, OUR 14 DAY RETURN POLICY DOES APPLY.
